“Opening Doors of Mercy”

This was our 2015-2016 school theme which also began our twenty-fifth graduation ceremony at Fr. Leo J. Austin Catholic Secondary School on Wednesday, June 29, 2016.

This school year marked twenty-seven years of  Catholic Education at Father Leo J. Austin and our 25TH graduation festivities were filled with prestige, academic excellence and celebration.

Our graduation ceremony held at 10 a.m. honoured more than 200  Fr. Austin graduates.  More than 105 of these students with averages of 80% and over in their Grade 12 year were honoured as  Ontario Scholars.  Congratulations to our top graduating student,  Matthew Hawrylow,  the Governor-General’s Academic Bronze Medal recipient.

Congratulations are extended to  Valedictorian,  Nick Taylor, and Master of  Ceremonies, Matthew Frawley.  Many thanks to the Fr. We are thankful for the many gifts and talents of our students and we, the staff, are truly blessed to work in the Father Austin community.
